We're aware that event-production can be a daunting task for anyone. This is why we came up with an Event Roadmap that simplifies the process, ensuring all of our clients are taken care of.
Orientation
You have an event and need Audio Visual Services. On this step, one of our Account Managers will be in contact with you so you can give us all of the details and expectations on the upcoming event.
Design
After all of the available details have been discussed we'll design a custom event for you based on your needs and budget.
Estimates and Numbers
It's time for some numbers. During this step we will send you the estimates based on the information gathered before so you can see how everything is looking.
Final Approval
As everything else in life, there's paperwork to be filled out. No worries though, we'll walk you through each step of the process. This is when we'll confirm all of the services to be provided.
Production
The day is here! It's time to go onsite a have a great show. Just as before, we'll be there to ensure everything is smooth. From start to end.
