Job Description:
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager will run the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all show orders are executed thoroughly. This position manages 10 team members and will be in charge of scheduling and coordinating trucking for deliveries.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Team Scheduling
  • Maintain consistent flow in warehouse
  • Coach warehouse employees on duties and responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Sales Team and Management team to ensure all jobs are processed correctly
  • Manage Inventory and Quality Control process
  • Manage process of last minute requests
  • Maintain safety protocol and training for warehouse team members
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in the AV industry

Warehouse - Inbound/Receiving Lead

OPAV is seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and great organizational skills. This person must also be a multitasker who is adaptive to a fast paced industry.

Job Description:
The main function of the Inbound/Receiving Lead is to be the “gatekeeper” of all inbound returns for inventory and deliveries. This includes rental returns in company vehicles, returns from rented vehicles/other company deliveries, as well as deliveries made to OPAV from 3rd party carriers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly receive and manage inbound rentals
  • Update inventory counts through flex software
  • Inspect incoming gear for obvious flaws or damage
  • Prepare department for returning equipment that will need to be quickly turned to a new show
  • Maintain organization in receiving dock to ensure correct return counts
  • Check in returned inventory in a timely manner
  • Relay information and discrepancies to Warehouse Manager
  • Return all gear to the proper department
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as needed for support of operations
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in an AV/Production company warehouse
  • Must be familiar with AV gear
  • Flex Rental Solutions or similar inventory software knowledge a plus
  • Must be able to work in the United States
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
  • Forklift certification or similar warehouse credentials a plus but not mandatory

OPAV is looking for a qualified Asset Manager to be a key player in our inventory and organizational strategy.

Job Description:
The Asset Manager's main functions are to work in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager to maintain inventory levels and conduct purchasing and negotiation tactics in buying. This position is a strategic management position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of audiovisual equipment, application, and show production
  • Work with in inventory software (Flex Rental Solutions) to maintain optimal inventory
  • Generate Purchase Orders
  • Scrub pull sheets prior to distribution to team
  • Manage cross-rental inventory needs
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of audiovisual equipment, application, and show production
  • BS/BA in associate field or 3+ years experience in the AV/Production industry
  • 2+ years of sales experience in related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience preferred
  • Technical knowledge and proficiency in company wide platforms such as: Flex Rental Solutions, Microsoft Office, and Google G-Suite

Job Description:
Solicit new and repeat business through a proactive sales approach that incorporates consultative selling skills. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key personnel and clients to enhance the overall business relationships. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Overview
Grow overall AV revenue and profit, while achieving customer satisfaction from pre-production through post-event phases of service. Solicit new and repeat business through a proactive account management approach that incorporates consultative selling skills. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key personnel and clients to enhance the overall business relationships.

Key Job Responsibilities
Solicit and secure business for OPAV through a proactive, consultative account management approach and utilize OPAV’s sales process and sales standards. Obtain definite bookings from the venue, assign opportunities, proactively contact customers, and create professional bids and proposals by actively using OPAV resources and marketing collateral. Utilize an understanding of costs associated with sales, including labor, commission and equipment outsourcing and work within established profitability guidelines.

Required Skills
BS/BA or 3+ years of equivalent experience required 2+ years sales required
Prior account management experience in audiovisual, technology, event, or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of sales process required in addition to the ability to read and decipher financial reports and records
Minimum of 1 year of supervision or leadership experience preferred
Technical aptitude, computer proficiency and ERP knowledge preferred. We utilize software such as:
Flex Rental Solutions, Vivien, VectorWorks, Microsoft Office, and Google G-Suite across our sales staff
Superior communication and presentation skills

Optional Experience:
Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Sales Manager with 2-3 years experience
